So, where should I begin?
February. The end of February was tough. We were all superbly broke at the house, which at least meant we could eat really strange combinations of foods and not feel weird about it.
Shannon and Mando had their baby, Sophia Bella, on March 2. We drove down to San Antonio to see her right after she was born. She was so tiny and perfect!
Spring break was nice, but much too short. I went camping for a couple of nights for Cameron's birthday (he is Stacy's boyfriend's little brother) who was turning 19. My one complaint is that it was too cold to swim in the river. Okay, and the hamburgers were extremely undercooked. At least there was a fire and plenty of ice cold beer!
After we got back to Austin I worked for the rest of the break. Monday when we went back to class I learned that my history professor had died of pneumonia the Wednesday before. It was pretty shocking; she was not old and seemed fine before the break. People don't really usually die of pneumonia.
The next Wednesday Clementine died. We still don't know why. She seemed perfectly alright that morning. Now Mary Jane has free reign over the house once more.
Today I am going to lunch with a guy I work with. He is a bigtime Christian and thinks I'm a wild-child, but somehow we relate? I dunno, I'll have to get back to you on that front.
I find myself missing those simple days in the sun in San Antonio more and more, but at the same time less and less. More than anything, I am looking forward to whatever's next in my life.
