Catching up
Saturday was supposed to be date night but they were predicting this massive snow storm so we ended up staying in. Saturday was spent getting the snowblower ready. Oil and gas drained and replaced. A few trips to Ace to get stabilizer and parts. What a bust, we barely got an inch of snow. Poor mark was so fired up to use the snowblower. There was a bit of ice Sunday morning but that was it. We should have gone out.
Sunday was the Sisterhood luncheon. We had a nutritionist speak on the non-diet approach to weight loss and weight maintenance. It was very informative and I learned a lot. She said that if you only eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full you will never gain weight. The stuff I learned from her combined with the things I'm learning from Oprah might just get me there. Speaking of Oprah has anyone else been watching the webcasts? I liked the one with Bob Greene yesterday, it was full on info. Today's show with Dr. Oz not so much.
Took Michele to Khols Monday to look for bras. There is nothing more aggravating than shopping for bras. The same size is never the same from bra to bra. Why is there no standard anymore? The rest of Monday was spent surfing the net and doing things around the house. Today was cleaning and laundry. I live such an exciting life.
