SPN Drabble - Purgatory Red
It's been a long time since I've written anything. But yay, I was able to write this little drabble yesterday.
Purgatory Red
Blood marks the barren ground in Purgatory like the red steps of an endless river. But it's not from the monsters who die endless deaths in this place of darkness. The air reeks of it, the constant stench of evil souls trying to bleed, but it's all an illusion. Only Dean's blood is real, and the slightest drop of it spreads through Purgatory like a wildfire. Even now, with Dean safely back on earth, it continues to spread, until all of Purgatory feels its blessing. The monsters feel it, as if something inside them is a little less tarnished, as if something outside them shines a little brighter.
