I took a bit of a break from coloring but now I'm doing it every day again. Before I had chronic back and neck problems I could color for hours. Now I take more breaks and try to get in a position that's more comfortable.
Coloring also helps me deal with stress. When I stopped coloring, I really noticed a difference!
I plan to finish this coloring book, and I've done 9 of the 20 pages so far. It's one of my favorite color by numbers. The artist uses Amazon's superior paper which has a glossy finish and works great with markers. Awesome colors and I like the art style. Also, this is just putting color to the page, nothing fancy, but I enjoy that alot. With other types of coloring I'll be more "artsy", doing shading and color blending.
I used Taotree alcohol markers. They have great colors and a slim barrel which is very comfortable to hold.
