This is a hard choice, because Baby is such an excellent ep! But I'm going with The End, which has been in my top 5 favorite eps ever since it first aired. Jensen did an brilliant job as both Deans... he deserves all the awards. And so does Jared, for his wonderful performance as Lucifer.
Looking at it from a season 15 perspective, we have the brother killing brother scenario that Chuck wanted. But Dean learned from this experience, by observing what happened to his future self, and realizing that it was a mistake to separate from Sam.
