This is one of my top 5 favorite episodes EVER. Every time I watch it or look it up for some reason, I can't believe all that awesomeness was in the SAME episode. In addition to all the heart-wrenching Sam moments (Jared gave the performance of a lifetime in this one) it's also probably my favorite Cas storyline! And yeah... on the purely... prurient end of things, Sam in that white T-shirt is definitely a sight to behold...

The only flaw, if you could call it that, is that I needed an end scene where Sam was sleeping soundly in the back of the Impala or something. ;-) It was SO visceral, I just NEEDED to see him sleep!

Yes, Jared gave one of his best performances in this ep. And I appreciate this, while also enjoying how he looks in that white t-shirt. :)

That would've been perfect! We NEEDED to see Sam sleep at the end.

As much as I love this ep, I wish the focus had remained on Sam. Castiel's storyline was good, but because it was his big return, he became central to the storyline. And though Dean was very concerned about Sam, he spent most of his energy dealing with Cas, and when he arrived at the hospital, he hung back, while Cas is the one who saved the day. At the end, we didn't have a brother moment, it was all about what happened to Cas.

Sam manages to look so good even when he's dying! Jared was brilliant in this episode and his Luci-visions were horrible.

Exactly! No matter what he goes through, he still looks so good. Oh yes, he was brilliant in this ep. Poor Sam, he had to endure Hallucifer tormenting him.

This was such a great episode, Jared really did a great job.

Yes, it was a great ep. Jared was so amazing, it made me want even more scenes with him.
