Dean is all about keeping Sam conscious, keeping him alive, and he's tender, concerned, desperate. Seeing this makes me want to sob. Sam says that Dean always puts him first, and to hear him say this when he thinks he's dying, also makes me want to sob. There's so much relief when Jack saves Sam.
