There's various pov on this... that it's Sam who's decided that he's the one who's going to die, because he gestured to Dean when he said this. Other say that it's Dean. We can guess, but we don't for sure what they were thinking. And they both looked at each other when Billie asked, but there wasn't an immediate response.
