(no subject)
So, I picked up a Friday this week, so I won't have a day off work until Sunday, but that's ok. It'll be nice to make some money. Hope we're as busy as we've been the last few days I've worked. :-)
Last night, I made some spinach stuffed shells and Mia brought over some wine and we had dinner together. Her boyfriend Matt was late coming home from work, so we all watched American Idol together, and had some cake that I made when Matt did get back home.
Later Joe and I rented a Hitchcock film called "Notorious" from 1946 with Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman. He didn't really watch it (kinda just did work on his laptop), but I enjoyed it. I didn't like it as well as Rear Window (still remains my top Hitchcock film), but it was still quite good.
So, today, Joe and I are planning on going to the Jeffersonville Outlets. I don't know what we're planning on getting, but why not? Today's one of the first not totally rainy days we've had in like 28,397,423,847,239.579 days, so we figured we should take advantage of it in some way. It'll probably still rain at some point today, because they're saying the rain won't clear out of here until sometime next week. That's way too much rain. I'm glad I'm not a farmer... I wouldn't like to have to rely on the rain and whatnot for my sustenance.
So currently, Dingo's hanging on in my lap, and Rogue is standing on the arm of the sofa looking out the window... and I'm contemplating getting into the shower.
Oh yeah, I got contacts now, so I can see! :-)
