Rules for Patients
1) As a patient, the MODS will work with you to take the steps through your disease. Symptoms MUST be connected to the sickness, no matter how obscure. This means that if your character has a concussion, their leg can not turn into solid stone as a result.
2) Your patient can not stay as a patient the entire game. Obviously, after they are cured, they can not STAY sick in the hospital. This means you must choose to make your character either a Civilian, or a Doctor or Part of the Staff. If you choose the latter, please see the Doctor/Staff rules above.
3) Having your character have an ongoing disease is fine, but please be aware that this will keep your character tied to the hospital in one way or another. Either they can not leave the hospital bed or they can carry on their daily lives, but must go back to the hospital for possible treatment, medication refills, ect.
4) Diseases do NOT JUST GO AWAY. If you give your character a disease that can NOT be cured and will kill them, they will die.
