A new friend, or Tilawen the traitor
I almost hate to admit this because I went ballistic when I saw the same thing in the old Thid with my shade like 3 years ago, but tonight I had loads of fun in Thid with a new friend.

I was camping MB with Tilawen and I skirted across an inf a couple times, finally she popped me. I bungled the keyboard and ended up not realizing I had a "/" input, and so I didn't draw the whole fight, then I noticed when I was almost dead, so I hugged her and she put away her blades and hugged me back! Then I started to run off and a mid killed me, and she cried at me.
Later on I was in the same area with another ranger and we tag teamed a mid and she clapped at me from out of the shadows. After that when I was losing a fight she tried to take the mid off my back.
I ended up bumping into her or her merc sister on and off for a few hours and even running with some of their friends, despite the occasional accidental whack or arrow... particularly after a group of 3 bonedancers came out which everybody wanted dead. Then we teamed up for real.
Then at the end I said goodbye by yawning a lot, hugging and waving. :) Ah, late night Thid. Now I know why some hibs look suspiciously like they have Scot blood in them!
I knew even before the incident that she wasn't a mindless keymasher, because she was using tactics, etc. Turns out she's one of those pro Thid players.. Bane of Midgard in Thid. Say what you will about that, I had far more fun than I should have been allowed.
