(no subject)
I love harvest time. This weekend I made 3 veggie pot pies (2 went in the freezer), 2 loves of zucchini bread and 12 muffins (1 loaf I gave to a friend and there is still more of that giant zucchini in the fridge) and 2 fruit pies (1 went in the freezer). 90% of the produce was given to us from people's gardens. Maybe today between kayak trips I will go pick blackberries and apples.
