The Cascade Writers workshop is July 25-28 this year in Portland, OR.
For over a decade, Cascade Writers has helped writers of all levels hone their craft. Each summer, Cascade Writers offers a 4-day workshop with programming featuring editors, agents, and professionals on topics ranging from manuscript basics to GLBT concerns in literature. The workshop also includes intensive Milford-style critique sessions with peers and professionals and agent pitches. Writers in the Seattle area can also take advantage of the Cascade Writers ongoing critique groups. Meeting in various locations around the area, these critique groups offer writers the chance to improve their manuscripts and their editing and critique skills year round.
