Has anyone tried Sacla coriander pesto? If you haven't (and you like coriander) you really MUST try it. It's like my most favourite thing ever, and I hadn't had any for MONTHS so I bought some the other day. This is what I had for dinner:
Oven roasted aubergine, mushroom, courgette and red onion (olive oil, pepper etc)
mixed with
fresh pasta and chickpeas
coated in
coriander pesto
finished with
loads of fresh coriander mixed in.
*it was so lush*
