What up, LJ.
Today is my last day of work at Intertek.  So I'm sure these last 2 hours will go excruciatingly slow. But anyway, this job hasnt been so bad. I worked here for 3 months, and it was an easier 3 months than the 2 at the Bronx.  There are some coworkers I'd like to keep up with. My boss is very generous with money and stuff, for example we get free coffee, and I got a $50 Target gift card as a Christmas bonus. I'm just glad that from here on in I can see sunlight again past 8:30am, not deal with fucking lazy coworkers, and not sit in front of a computer all day, which I've decided is the worst activity ever.  Really, think about all the shit that does to you physically with your back and eyes.

I am also almost done with grad school apps, with the last one getting ready to be sent out this weekend. Also, tonight I will cast off my baby blanket that is the biggest knitting project I have undertaken. That will be given to my sister-in-law when the family visits on New Years Day. So yes, my activities of the past few months are wrapping up....OMG along with 2007 how symbolic.

I kinda dont want 2007 to end. I wont wrap it up here, but you know, it wasnt a bad year....and I still dont know what 2008 will bring. O, and I dont have New Years Eve plans, and don't see any forcoming because everyone is hanging out with their college friends....which I totally understand and would do as well if they werent 4+ hours away. Yeah, I know there is also that strange concept that my friends from college could VISIT ME, but I've learned that I must not be worth the trip. So spending New Years in my house avoiding interaction with my parents will be the fitting conclusion of the Townie Period of 2007.

I am leaving for Florida pretty frickin soon. I havent thought about that or prepared for it at all. I am excited for the change of scenery, though I'm sure once I'm down there I'll hate the change. You know, the usual way I act.

I dont know what else to say! My mind is fried right now.
