I swam 900 metres this morning. I think I need to improve my stroke since my right wrist ended up aching quite a bit. I suspect that I'm meant to be using my legs more and my arms less (it's breast stroke, I've never been able to do a front crawl).
Left wrist was fine, but the right one has been a bit weak since I broke it 30 years ago. It's the reason I don't do push ups. Well, one of the reasons. :)
