Fury also claims that the proficient use of Kuba-Kickz requires little self defense training, so given that I sometimes watch Billy Blanks Tae Bo infomercials late at night, I think even I qualify!
Kuba-Kickz fit behind shoelaces, and on top of the shoe's tongue where they more or less blend in unobtrusively. A full range of colors are available, including white, black, beige, grey, and even shin-splitting pink. Measurements are 1" wide x 2-1/2" long x 1-1/4" tall x 9,000" debilitating.
