Worth a watch though I think it tries too much to be Sealab without the key ability to really hit comic timing. Amusing on a first run, the following episodes get worse unfortunately. This is the best. No, I'm not selling it. Good idea, some nice gags, but overall it lacks finish and voice work to be truly cool.
