woah. I'm really out of shape. Ranked very poor in sit-ups (29 in one minute) and ranked poor in push-ups (22 in one minute).
However, excelled in flexing. I ranked excellent in Sit & Reach and in Anke Flexion. Ranked good in trunk & neck.
Must improve lung strength. Poor body not geeting enough oxygen.
