Bad Day
Talk about a bad day. I had my first panic attack in two years yesterday. I forgot how horrible they were. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. I had taken some alergy medication with psudoephedrine, and some type of cough medication that is also a trigger for them. Lesson learned I hope.
