The "rare disorder" question bumped me up a bit. I don't know how rare multicystic kidney disease is, but whatever my problem is, it's rare enough in young people that my nephrologist can't say shit about a prognosis or whatever because they usually only see this in people who are late middle age =P I'm speshul.
