I am now, officially an indentured servent to the dispatch printing company.
I woke up and went to the Worthington offices of ThisWeek/Columbus Parent that I had drove to the day before to make sure I wouldn't be late. I got out of my car and found a sign posted in the window stating that they had moved to office to some obscure address in Lewis Center. I then got in my car and looked for the Offices in the general Lewis Center area.... very unsucessfull. So I drove to a Kinkos at Polaris and Looked up the address on Mapquest. I finally got to the Lewis Center offices only to find out from an extremely nice secretary that I was in fact supposed to go the the Georgesville road offices of the Dispatch. I finally made it to the west side around... 9:30ish.. and then was put to easy but also puzzling work. I edited a couple of stories writen by another intern about some festival in Powell involving a "Turtle Lady" and a living statue guy. Wrote part of an article about a retro toy exhibit for the Ohio Historical Society, and then was pushed into more and more busy work. Actually it wasn't that bad for the first day, except for the evil begining.
