New jewels!
Wheew! I just got back from Burger King with Holly (though I promised myself I'd kick my fastfood bad habits two weeks ago and I'll most likely continue such visits to Burger King for a few more weeks to come because I've as of late I've been lacking the self-discipline)! My tummy's so full, it just finished raining, and I simply cannot stop myself from listening to Gwen Stefani (as usual).
It's been exhausting this week (well, this past week!); too many Chipotle burritos (if that's even possible! I'm sooo addicted.), too many glasses of White Zinfandel, too many dramatic situations (per example: it's difficult to have three-way friendships; you know what I mean? I live with
, both of which I just got to know this year, one moreso than the other! Monica (middle) will always approach Christie (right) and me saying she feels "left out", however this is because she is always with her boyfriend and Christie and I have simply become extremely close because we're always together! I'm not sure of how to make her feel included, because it's not like we're excluding her intentionally, she's excluding herself!), too many nights of staying out until 5 a.m., then having to awake 2 hours later. I have almost no free time (which is why I've kindof been slacking on updating, and oh, I do apologize!). But my, I'm not complaining one bit! If you had any idea how many times I've heard, "You're the HOTTEST black girl I've ever seen!!" in the past 72 hours, you'd be a little irritated, too! I mean, I never know how to take that comment. Why does race even have to be an issue? Pssh, anyhow! I've made good good friends with some girls, some guys, it's amazing. Sugary green eyes (Jake) is iffy right now (I'll explain later) and I have a little crush on a boy who has a crush on me back and a girlfriend. Eew. I give it about another day. I'm so fickle (and sexually frustrated) lately!
In other news, I have a part-time job writing and reporting for the school paper (ee!). It doesn't pay extremely well, but it certainly covers my (gas) bills!
