roads much travelled.
I guess what they say about traveling is quite true on discovering yourself (unsure if i have really discovered myself but i think i am getting there).
Bali was really good, so different from this uptight and trendy place. The road for transportation is just one single small road with a one way drive hahaha. No traffic lights nor polices wandering around. Plenty of dodgy places but heck, it was all good. it's a wonderful place for... masai and lepak. Need to go back there again to shop! Prices aren't so bad. Pretty cheap!
The spot hotel's bed that i am going to miss the most will always be on my mind and im glad that shrooms are actually really great, the trip, the stars, the walk, the laughter, the part where you are just really awake, the patterns in one's eyes, the ceiling, the curtain and the bond hahaha
Gili was really an undeveloped place, really kampong, once i got out of the speedboat people were already offering to sell me mary jane hahaha. We traveled around using a bicycle which i completely forgot how to do so when i first hopped onto it (hurt me in between!). The mud, the reggae bar, the fat joint, fish and chips, johnny, sunset, purple sky. This place was just superbly chill. If i were to return, I'll stay in that massage place that provides accommodation as well.
Caught the sunrise one time in Bali with the moon next to it and one sunset at the Kuta Beach. The ocean was so lovely and so was the sand and seashells. The biggest wave I have seen so far, I have yet to catch a massive one but that would be.. in Cali?
Gili's definitely my ideal honeymoon location and Bali again next year would be the next trip with my closest closest!
