While peacefully reading my copy of De Profundis by the lovely Oscar Wilde, I stumbled across something rather odd. I'm thinking it was a typo but still, it just made my day. Especially since it came from Oscar Wilde.
"As far as our friendship is concerned Nemesis has crushed us both I like flies."
No joke. I haven't changed a word. I'm assuming it's supposed to be, "As far...Nemesis has crushed us both like flies." But this way is so much better.
...it's not that funny, is it? I should just go to bed when these things happen and stop inflicting my sad sense of humour on all you, shouldn't I? Yes, yes I should.
:D
