Aug 24, 2007 13:14

Scott McCloud and family were in San Francisco this week, and the Cartoon Art Museum had the good fortune of taking part in two special events during his visit.

Here are pictures from Event #1, which took place at San Francisco's historic Commonwealth Club on Wednesday, August 22. Cartoon Art Museum Gallery Manager/Curator Andrew Farago moderated a discussion featuring Scott and Comic Relief proprietor Rory Root:

The following night, Shaenon Garrity interviewed Scott in a very well-attended Q&A session at the Cartoon Art Museum.

And Scott's whole family was in attendance, too. Here are some photos including Sky, Winter, and Ivy McCloud:

Big thanks to Scott and the rest of the Clan McCloud for a great pair of presentations, and best of luck to them as they wrap up their year-long 50 State Making Comics Tour!
