I felt like crap. Everyday I only had 1 pattie of meat, and I was feeling really sick, to the point that meat made me sick to my stomach. I decided to have a salad, and let me tell you it was the break I needed. THe salad tasted better than any salad I have ever had. And the good thing is the dressing only had 4 grams of carbs per serving, and yes I only had one serving it was a McDonald's Grilled Chicken Cobb salad.

My stomach hasn't felt right in a week and I think it was all the meat and no vegetables. I'll start having salad for one of my meals each day and see if that helps. That or I'll have to face the fact that like my mother I have acid reflux disease. Which I really don't want to have to admit, because I hate having to drive all the way to the doctor. Bad enough I have to drive down there every time there is a "NEW AND GREAT" migraine medicine that never works.
