David worke slowly, his head still reeling and looked over at the pair of shoes that had just walked up in front of him. Before he even realized he was chained to the bench, Ravingon unlocked the handcuffs and went back to his desk. After a moment david was able to sit up and glanced around. "Where...where's Derek?" Ravington walked back up to him with a glass of water. "Gone. He's decided to leave you here." David sighed as he took the water and drank it slowly. "What did you do to me anyway?" Ravington smirked at this. "I...borrowed a bit of cloroform from the nurse." David closed his eyes again, feeling room begin to spin. "I can only imagine how that went. I take it you think I would have fought you?" Ravington crossed his arms and glaired. "I've seen you in action when Derek is around. he's a bad influince on you. actually you being unconcious was for the benifeigt of throwing your brother off guard. I want you to graduate David." David sighed and laid down again, Setting the glass on the floor beside him. "And you think i don't? I do't want to be going off on these damn trips. I want to go to university like father wanted but mr. Hartsmith is the one who orders that we both go. I only hope Derek won't suffer for your actions." Ravington smiled softly for a moment but soon it was replaced by his steel exterior. "Your father and I were school mates you know. twenty years ago he asked me that i make sure his son would graduate. he wanted to see Derek in a better life than what he was living. I failed him once, i refuse to do it again. Hartsmith wants you and your brother dead David, and he'll stop at nothing to see that you are." David looked up at him for a moment. "Why are you so nice to me and so cruel to Derek?" Ravington stared down at him silently for a moment. "There are things you don't know. things you're beter off not knowing. I will say this...you are well deserving of the treatment i give you. and so is your brother." David sighed. "I don't suppose you've planned this all week?" Ravington smirked at this. "Of course I have. It's my job to be on top of everything. That includes a room until your beloved brother returns, food, and wake up calls. At least I know you'll be on time for class...until wednesday anyway." David only half glaired as he stood. "At least i have the weekend to recover from your stunt. I think I'd like to lay down now." Ravington nodded silently and lead him to his room.
