(no subject)
I was *supposed* to take my daughter to the dentist today - missed him by half an hour - he went home sick. The dentist we have is currently about an hour away, so I wouldn't have gotten the call anyway.
To make things more interesting - my van can only do about 20mph - there's something wrong with the transmission. The ride *to* the dentist was okay - up until about 40 minutes in and the van did a jerky motion and the rpm's hit 4x - yikes! I did 40 for the rest of the trip pushing 3x rpm. And back home too.
There are very few things that wear me out faster than my vehicle being sick. Didn't make it to work today. Getting to work tomorrow will be fun too.
