Google, camera and eye stuff

Since I've recently sent one item and am in the process of receiving 2 items via ups and have been getting email confirmations about all of them I noticed that when you get an email with a UPS tracking number, a little link shows up to the left of google mail that automatically inserts the tracking code so you just click on it to check your status. Pretty awesome.

Sent-my camera to sony to get it shipped and fixed for free due to class action lawsuit regarding faulty lcd screens. (Most of you who know me know that my camera has sucked forever and I'm super pissed I paid good money for an unreliable piece of crap). Getting it fixed for free is nice and all, but the fact that I've missed out on tons of vacation pics is priceless and sucks.

Will receive-A $39 pair of glasses with sharp looking frames
1 years supply of contacts for $140 (this is a steal for the types of contacts I wear). Yay cheap internet deals!

When I went to the eye doctor to get an updated prescription (it was incidentally, the same as 2 years ago, glad my eyes have stopped getting worse) and what my regular doctor called allergy eyes, my eye doctor called "infectious materials that could lead to series problems". The stuff my regular doctor prescribed = worthless, antibiotic drops eye doctor prescribed = eyes are 80% better already. So basically I probably didn't need the glasses but I'm still glad I got em cause my current pair is 10 years old and out of prescription and style AND the new ones were only $39! (I was told to expect to pay $90-150 at regular retail place) We'll see if I'm still excited about it when I get them and put them on.
