Sam, her duffle bag slung over her shoulder, tried to decide on which bed would be best. After some debate, she put her stuff down on the bed closest to the door, but not behind it a/k/a B2. She wasn't sure what Jack, D'anna, or Cedric could do offensively, but she knew what her capabilities were

Jack waved a greeting to everyone. "Hey, people I know. Excellent. Anyone care if I grab that bed?" He pointed over his shoulder at the bed next to the bathroom.

"Hey, Jack," Sam said, "and that's fine with me."

"Hey Sam. Thanks." He paused, and grinned at her. "Taken over the radio station yet?"

[carter_i_am]

"Nope, but the school doesn't seem to care much about girlkissy," Sam winked. "I'd need help. Plus there's the question of what I'd actually do with the radio station once I had it."

[anextimeagent]

Jack blinked. "The school doesn't care about girlkissy? That's just tragic." Tongue darting out to touch his lips, he said, "Well, the offers still there if you need it. And for me the motivation's in providing the best distraction possible. I don't really mind what you do with it once you have it."

[carter_i_am]

"I appreciate that," Sam replied, brushing her hair back, "and I'm sure it would be quite a distraction. I wouldn't want to waste it without a good plan."

[anextimeagent]

Grinning at her, he replied, "Sam, a good distraction is never a waste."

"Until I get distracted and forget what I'm doing because there's no plan," she replied.

"Hmm, you could be right. Unless we just cut out the whole taking over the radio station bit, and just make the distraction the point of the exercise?" He grinned boyishly at her. "It might be fun."

[carter_i_am]

"Distraction's good," Sam winked.

[anextimeagent]

"Unless it's distracting me from you, because that would be a terrible thing, but other than that?" Jack nodded. "Distraction is good. I'll see if I can provide you with some while we're cabin mates."

[carter_i_am]

She blinked. "Thanks. I, um, appreciate that."

[anextimeagent]

Jack laughed. "Don't worry, Sam. I'm just teasing you. All distractions will be kept out of sight, unless you need them for radio acquisition purposes."

[carter_i_am]

"Sock on the doorknob, don't use my bed," Sam instructs him.

[anextimeagent]

"Deal."

"Jack," Cedric greets. "Welcome to Seahorse."
