I have been watching the Nick Toons channel, which I totally didn't realize existed until very recently, despite having it since September. Additionally, I have been watching Nick GAS. It's like I'm 7 years old again, and it totally rules.
In other anachronistic activities, this week's listening choices have heavily depended on mid-90s britpop and a small selection of 1980s classics.
Two things I need to do:
1. Manage my schoolwork better. I have so much to do, and so little motivation.
2. Stop looking at the myspace profiles of my high school's alums. It's really depressing.
Today I went to work at 59th and Kedzie, which is one train, two buses, and some walking away. I decided to try something different for my trip home (one bus, two trains, and some walking), and my second transfer was at Midway Airport. THE AIRPORT! It felt nice to be that far away, though. Almost like a different city. For some reason -- which I think was the warm dry air and the flat landscape -- it reminded me of Southern California.
