Military
Sometimes I hate the military... I really do. Today is no exception. The DoD (and the government in general) do things that just baffle me.
-BUT-
I just looked at my year to date income. I've already made all but $2,700 of what I made at my last job so far this year. I also noticed that I lost about $750 of tax free income per month by moving to Washington State. Hopefully It'll all be worth it.
The thought of leaving such a steady, reliable job frightens me, but staying somewhere where your boss has as much control over you as the military does makes me ill when I think about it too much.
BLAH.
If you haven't heard: I'm going on a short deployment. I should be back in a few weeks. Do not expect replies from me until I get back.
