band camp
why band camp had to start at 7 in the morning i honestly don't know. it actually wasn't too bad today. almost enjoyable except all the flutes are such crap and the girl in front of me just like walks opposite where shes supposed to and leads like all the flutes the wrong way. and apparently she doesn't like cause i've told her about it and she just ignores it pretty much. plus this freshman can't do intervals so i get yelled at.
for the percussion thing people were supposed to volunteer to do bells or something but i didn't and i'm in pit for it for some reason. but it really rocks cause while the rest of the band was learning the sets outside when it was 90 something me and like 6 other people just learned the music inside in the air conditioning and it was really easy so we goofed off for like half an hour. and then when we brought the stuff outside and played while they marched they all cheered us on cause they thought it was really hard. haha it took me like 10 minutes to memorize the whole thing. ordered pizza for lunch. chris todd kept hovering over us people with pizza til we gave him some. and he was about to take sheanalyns last piece so i was like chris take mine. but at that moment he touched her piece and then took my biggest piece. i don't think she ate it after that.
schools going ok except for history which just sucks. i've failed everything we've done cause the woman doesn't even give us homework and her notes aren't even notes. she just talks forever about nothing really. haha but she is very goodnatured considering some of the stuff our class does.
