4th WALL BREAKING: pretty much okay. just ask on any big stuff (mixing him with Alice in Wonderland canons totally okay too).
THREADJACKING: just fine as long as it's appropriate.
BACK THREADING: ALWAYS.
MIND READING: they can use it. in fact, his mind is probably pretty easy to read.
LOCATION SENSING: that's fine.
TELEPATHY: see: mind reading.
SPECIAL/MAGICAL ITEMS: pretty open! ask if you're unsure.
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: Elliot is a member of the mafia and is skilled with the use of a gun.
INJURY/DEATH: injuries are just fine. please ask and settle things with me for death plots!
WIN/LOSE/TIE: Elliot is pretty strong, but not the strongest (Ace can beat him...he just doesn't know it's Ace). So it probably depends on the situation and how NPCs interfere, tbqh.
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: Elliot does not have a heart. He has a clock in place of it. He also lacks human ears which should be obvious, and has a tail hidden under his coat. Probably.
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: open to it with good cause/development. "ROMANCE" is a weird thing in his canon, and he's really "aklfjwelkjsdf" about lovey dovey feelings.
SEXUAL RELATIONS: it....could happen? maybe? see relationships.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: he doesn't like it when his ears are tugged. other physical contact doesn't really seem to bother him (and he isn't shy).
