Me? A debate judge?
So I judged at Willamette's high school tournament. It was really fun/interesting! I judged 3 public rounds (2 junior, 1 novice). My novice girls were so cute, and it was cool to see the roots of debate prowess. I have been shopping too much lately. I got Matthew a beautiful new shirt at Nordstrom (very hip, to wear under T-shirts, and it's soft and hawtt!). I've been to the mall twice this week. I got a beautiful gray pea coat (on sale!) at Penny's, which is quite nice and warm except that it itches my neck (solved with a scarf). I don't have a Halloween costume, but oh well. I'm not too big on dressing up. Dad's birthday is on Monday, and I wrote him a poem. I hope he likes it. He and Mom are in LA this weekend, tracing Dad's roots and doing fun stuff like that.
