The Baby Keeper!

I had a dream last night that I attended a cat wedding. The bride confessed that they had had premarital sex, and that they were going to try for a bunch of babies soon. Weird. I notified her that she couldn't name any of her babies Frank because that name was already taken.

Their wedding was in a huge Chuck E. Cheese/discount store place. I was buying scrubs for Dave, the ugliest scrubs I've ever seen. They were really high-waisted and made of a faux denim. If I ever bought crap like that in real life my husband would disown me.

On my way out around the store I ran into the Baby Keeper. It was a tubular expanse of netting running along the ground. There were probably about twenty babies, all around the same age, crawling around in it. There were no toys or entertainment; it was a place to dump ones baby so she could shop in peace. The bottom of the net ended in concrete. I started laughing in disbelief at the twenty babies milling about in this net on the concrete floor. A friend of mine from church passed by and said under her breath, "I hate that thing".

Last week I had two dreams about jadeejf. I was consoling you in most of them, Beth. Weird.

Along with the cat wedding and Baby Keeper I dreamed about Jeney and Melanie.

IRL:

Graham, on Clifford the Big Red Dog, "I want to watch Clippert!" I love it when he says that. Clippert.

Yesterday we bought a Venus Flytrap. Caleb was, quite literally, in awe. (In hushed, awe-filled tones)"Wow. A Venus Flytrapper." We laughed because he was just SO blown away.

Owen is cutting the two top teeth. I can't wait to see him as a four-toothed baby. I love four-toothed babies. :D He has also, as of Wednesday, finally started to blow raspberries. This usually occurs during feeding times when he's ohsoexcited about that next bite. He also rolls with reckless abandon. If I put him down for thirty seconds he has found something across the living room he wants and gets there in a jiffy. I love watching a fat baby roll across the floor.

On the 16th we celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary. Dave bought me two dozen red roses. :D I thought of all of you who have prayed for us. Thank you for helping us reach our fifth!
