Well that ^ points down there, was my entry I typed on the train on the way to Liverpool. This is the first time I've had a chance to actually update.

All went well that night, got to the hostel and everything fine. The taxi driver from the train station to the hostel was really nice. The hostel was to be as expected, shit, but hey it was a bed for the night, just what I needed.

I woke up the next morning, and my bags had been stolen. Everything gone apart from my mobile phone which I always sleep with under my pillow when not at home.

The owners of the hostel where about as much help as a wet paper bag, they couldn't speak english and couldn't understand what I was telling them. Cunts.

I had no money, no clean clothes, no cards, no nothing. I managed to find my way back to the train station, where again the staff there were absolutely no help whatsoever. They told me the only was I could get back to Glasgow was to get someone back home to go and pay for my ticket back on the train. The ticket I had already PAID for and had a RECIEPT for.

I was stranded in Liverpool with no idea what to do.

I had no money in my purse anyway, it was just change and my switch card, ID etc. So I decided I should try and find a Royal Bank of Scotland and get my card cancelled ASAP. It took my about an hour to find a god dam bank but at last I managed to cancel my card, and the people in the bank where nice enough to just ask me some security questions so I could lift money. It was now at least 1 oclock I had been up since 7 and still hadn't had anything to eat.

Anyway I eventually managed to speak to a manager at the Train station and complained to him about my ticket -- he went on about procedure blah blah blah. So I managed to find a police station told them what happened and one of their officers escorted me back to the train station and told the manager there that he was to re-print my ticket to Glasgow. HAHAHA. Bastard. I went for something to eat at long last and then sat around the freezing cold station for 3 hours waiting on my train to arrive.

I'm just glad I left my laptop in overnight lockers at the train station the night before.

Hey at least I lived. I did however miss my interview/open day but I phoned the university the next day and they understood. I've just to go down for a visit whenever I can make it next.
