It's two in the morning and the greasy coffee, all that's keeping her awake, slips over the edge of the styrofoam cup, staining the edge of the napkin. She doesn't notice, just keeps sketching hurriedly. The tank's filling up as she does, she's got to be ready to go in just a second. She takes a gulp of coffee, then asks the cashier for his pen. He hands it over, and she draws Sophie's eyes in green.
