I strongly encourage everyone to read this post by Joss at Whedonesque. It has nothing to do with firefly, so even if you aren't a Browncoat I emplore you to read it. It's about humanity. About being not just a decent person but a good one.
As a 15 year old with no real income I don't know how much I can help right the wrongs of this world. And for Dua Khalil it's too late. But I can do this, spread the word, and hope that some of you guys will be affected enough to do something as well.
