I walked 3 miles, and crossed that off my training list for the week.  I'm feeling a lot better today than I did yesterday.  Today is a cross training day I think.  So no walking except on lunch.

Still no increase in fund raising.. but I"m not going to worry about that right now.  I have ideas and I will just continue on and let it go and not worry so much.
