This is a compliation of the entire saga, meaning the main games, side games, side stories and dramas and much more (+OSTs) in link form!
In both English and Japanese where available. With the FMVs and game scenes currently on the net, I think that you can watch these all and understand the game well enough.
However, I really really really recommend buying and playing the actual games because it's just a much better experience that way (plus it has awesome NPCs and wacky hilarious vibrating object side-quests and Power Ranger robot building sidequests). But if you will never play the games/are not a gamer or don't have the right access to the games where you are and are interested in the canon, I think this will do. Otherwise, please go support this amazing series by going out and buying it!

XENOSAGA I & II
Xenosaga I & II is an Episodes I and II adaptation for the Nintendo DS. Currently, there are no translations (though there is a tentative project for one) and the game is not slated for an English release at this time. The game fills in some holes and gives some new spins on the events from the first two games, in a lot of cases making sense of a lot more. There are also a lot of extra scenes and side-stories about some of the characters. It also includes a little bit of the added side-story of the Kirschwasser from Xenosaga: The Animation. All we currently have at our disposal are summaries of the changes, which ARE very elaborate summaries.
I compiled a list of them here, they are REALLY worth the read, as they add and make a lot of sense of things, especially about the URTVs. There are also a few translations of character-focused subscenarios here, which tell you a little more about different characters' pasts and first meetings.

XENOSAGA I & II
Xenosaga I & II is an Episodes I and II adaptation for the Nintendo DS. Currently, there are no translations (though there is a tentative project for one) and the game is not slated for an English release at this time. The game fills in some holes and gives some new spins on the events from the first two games, in a lot of cases making sense of a lot more. There are also a lot of extra scenes and side-stories about some of the characters. It also includes a little bit of the added side-story of the Kirschwasser from Xenosaga: The Animation. All we currently have at our disposal are summaries of the changes, which ARE very elaborate summaries.
I compiled a list of them here, they are REALLY worth the read, as they add and make a lot of sense of things, especially about the URTVs. There are also a few translations of character-focused subscenarios here, which tell you a little more about different characters' pasts and first meetings.
XENOSAGA: IN-DEPTH
NOTE: And THESE would be links to things such as the ODM, databases from the games and things like that. The following gives you very, very in-depth and additional information on the Xenosaga universe and its characters, as well as definitions of the various terms/places/events/etc. These are very awesome and interesting, and give you so much more insight to the series.

XENOSAGA: THE ANIMATION
NOTE: An animated version of Episode I, with some vast storyline changes. But the animation, while sub-par to the game, does have awesome extras, like Scott and the Professor, and a sub-story about the Kirschwasser, which you should watch to better understand Xenosaga I & II for the DS, since it incorporates her into it.
