That's right. People recall parts of their lives as time passes and obnoxious things happen.

We were forced into ridiculous outfits for a duration of several days and had to give sweets to strangers. Does that sound enjoyable to you?

... But people just... suddenly remembered things after they dressed up and gave out food to others? That doesn't make any sense!

We're a bunch of amnesiacs who know nothing about the world; I think dignity's pretty far down on the priorities list. [Sheena rolls her eyes]

So you're suggesting that we discard our pride just because we don't have our memories. No, thanks.

Did I say that? Look, I don't know about you, but I really want to figure out who I am. I'm willing to do a lot to get them back.

I mean, I wouldn't do anything too extreme, but...

Everything the island has done has been extreme. The buildings disappeared for days at one point.
