Fourth Seal
... You know, it's really bizarre how memories just suddenly come back out of nowhere. Especially since I haven't done anything strange or outstanding.
Anyways, it turns out I was a fighter back home. Close combat though... And I fought with... cards? Why would I choose cards of all things? But now that I know that, I can start getting back into shape! It'd probably be easier if there was someone to spar with, but I think I should practice those... what were they called... seals first. I really don't want to destroy anything else, especially after that kitchen incident.
I know this is going to sound really bizarre, but has anyone else met a unicorn that could talk? I remember that really clearly, but it can't be possible... I mean, this blonde named Colette (I think?) and I were standing on top of water when we spoke to it. And it kept calling Colette "Martel", before saying something about a "Chosen of Mana", giving us its horn, and dying. Why would it do something like that? And why did we even needs its help?
Chosen of Mana... Martel... Lloyd, Klarth, have either of you heard of those before? I'm pretty sure they're important, but I don't know how or why. I'll check out the library to see if they're mentioned anywhere.

Ex-Spheres... that Kvar guy said they enhanced an individual's abilities. But he also said they were made from human lives. And... we saw them. All those people in the ranch... they were being kept for slaughter! I... Kvar used his mother... He took away her name, her family, and then he took her life! All for some experiment so he could get a promotion!
I hope we got the bastard in the end. Though maybe death would have been too easy for him. How could anyone do that...? And he enjoyed it!
