Gym - after the talk(s) charinjo2 September 11 2011, 21:25:01 UTC
Gokudera is lying on top of a pile of mats if anyone arrives within half an hour after his and Maryse's talk, staring blankly at the roof while lazily blowing smoke into the air

(ooc: Just made a post here in case the characters wants to discuss things afterwards :) Or they could make a new log thread, but I guess it would have to be dated before Andrea and Dera get themselves killed in that case XP )

Have an annoyed looking Prussian suddenly appearing in front of you, Gokudera. "Hey! Wait! Damn it, bastard, I wasn't done with you yet!" He growls when he realises his yelling is useless and sulks his way over to the mats. Yes. He is so awesome he managed to take a verb that describes a typically stationary activity and has used it to describe movement. Such is his awesomeness.

That's certainly quite awesome; just to bad that the half-Italian here isn't getting it. In fact, the nation's sudden yelling had startled him and almost caused the teen to drop his cigarette. Gokudera sat up, planning to chew out Prussia for being so loud, but settled with a light glare when he realized that the other had already quieted down.

''You're not too pleased with the news either I see?''

"Let's just say that as soon as I get the fuck home? Plans. They are changing~" Gilbert's tone has gotten to be quite polite, almost kind even, in stark contrast to the almost maniacal grin that's spread across his face. "But that's not important yet. How're we gonna explain the situation to everyone else?"

''Riight.. You learned more about wars and such I assume?'' Gilbert's expression was rather creepy, but his words were directed at someone else fortunately so Gokudera wasn't too bothered by it. ''It looks like we're not getting home anytime soon though; she claimed that they don't know how to send us back..'' The teen's expression darked a bit; that had been quite a disappointment.

''I guess we should discuss what we learned first; perhaps I asked some questions that you didn't, and vice versa. Who did you end up with? I talked to the dark-skinned woman, Maryse. Did you know that Linda and the lot have been running this fucked up practice for at least two decades? And that they've been dead for about fifty years? Well, assuming that Maryse is speaking the truth, that is. And we're apparently still on Earth, but the year is 2073.''

"I talked to some Polish idiot. Sergey I think his name was? Anyhow, no, he didn't tell me any of that. He showed me a bunch of pictures, and Simon and Linda were in them. He said they used to be doctors. Wish he hadn't sent me away, 'cause now I'm wondering why he'd include Simon in that statement. She seemed real enough to me..." He taps his cheek thoughtfully, before continuing on. "We're in a demilitarised area of the German Empire, so that at least gives me a rough idea of where on Earth we are." The way he spits out the words German Empire should say what he thinks of that notion.

''Strange.. We should definitely ask them more about that later. Anyways, they need our help with various things, like mechanical or technical stuff, carrying things around, and eventually help them fight these government people if everything else should fail. We'll get our weapons back in return, and freedom I guess, but we'll still be stuck in this world unless we manage to figure out how the multi-dimensional teleport device works. Do you think we should agree to their terms?''

"I don't see any better options; do you?" He leans against the pile of mats, glancing at Gokudera with one eyebrow just slightly raised. What he's not telling is that, for himself, he already agreed to the terms laid out, as he's a bit selfish like that. "I mean, we could tell them to fuck off, but then we have to deal with the government on our own, and I don't think being the personification of a nation that no longer exists is gonna help me any, so there's no way I could help any of you."

''I don't think I'll be able to pull any strings either; my contacts out there are probably dead or dying by now, assuming that this is the earth I know at all..'' Gokudera crossed his arms and rested them on his knees as he stared down at the mat under him, looking pretty gloomy. ''..so I guess you're right.''
