Well, when I first arrived here, there was a great deal of confusion and so it was easy to hope that my -- kidnapping [she's finally learned well enough not to say grubnapping and, oh, god, introducing her self without an alien face was a bad idea, well, too late now] was a mere result of all the chaos. But apparently not. It seems to be "normal" here for people to be summoned with reckless abandon and without warning.

It's some kind of Earth hospital. Or it used to be. Now a computer named Linda runs it, and so strange events and disparate people are here instead of lunatics and medical treatment.
