''I see that the music room is open for everyone now so this is just a fair warning; stay the fuck away from my piano! Touch it and you'll be sorry

[ She certainly doesn't doubt his warnings, but still... ] You don't have to be so...well...angry about it, you know? Besides I thought the equipment in this place was for everyone... [ Hmph. ]
''I wanted to get my point across'' Gokudera mumbled. Perhaps he had let his emotions get the better of him, but he was certainly not going to admit it. ''Most of the equipment around here are for everyone I guess, but not the piano; it's from back home.. Same with one of the flutes; it belongs to Prussia. They were rewards for completing one of the bastards bloody tests earlier.''
''..Yes.'' Gokudera noticed the other's disbelief, but he didn't really mind; the silver-haired teen had worked hard to get away from the 'piano-playing weakling' reputation after all. ''But I don't play that much anymore.'' Just in private.
[ ...Welp. ] Wow, um...you don't--you don't really look the type. [ There's a lot of disbelief here, but she's impressed. Very impressed. Always good to see that even a guy like him would be interested in music~!<3 ]
''You're right; I'm not.'' Yes, he definitely liked that she didn't think he looked like a pianist; Luka might be able to spot a brief content smile if she was observant. He would have preferred if no one knew about his musical skills at all since it was somewhat of a touchy subject, but keeping it a secret didn't seem to be possible in here, especially with the piano around. ''It's.. a thing of the past.''
That's too bad. Music is always fun, you know, no matter who you are. [ And a jam sessioni with Gokudera doesn't sound like a bad thing. Hey, it could be fun, even. ]
Music is always fun.. There was a short glimpse of pain in the half-Italian's green eyes as he recalled a few incidents from his childhood that were related to the instrument. His mother had been a talented pianist, but she had died when he was just three years old. ''I understand why you would think that; you guys were designed for music after all. You and your sister are well-known popstars back home, right?''
A jam session.. Gokudera might agree to something like that eventually, with some prodding. He still liked playing the piano occasionally after all, but he preferred to do so in solitude.
''..that's good.'' The teen cleared his throat, trying to regain his usual gruff voice and expression. God, what was getting into him lately; first the hissy-fit over the piano, and now this? Damn, his sister was right; he really should try to get some sort of closure on the issue, but it was hard when he didn't have all the facts. ''Miku turns all starry-eyed and fervent when she talks about stuff like this, but you seem more collected.''
[ Hey, she had a cool image to keep up! That means showing less enthusiasm than you would otherwise feel. It's playing coy. ] It's something we both really like, after all, and getting to share it with others is even better. [ Leaning a little closer, but not quite scandalously close. ] The difference is that I can also talk about plenty of other stuff. [ Why yes that's a cue for you to change the subject if you're so inclined, kid. ]
''Like what?'' He was certainly itching to talk about something else. Anything else. ''What sort of other interests or hobbies do you have besides singing then?''
[ Big sis has to know if the younger ones are too uncomfortable with talking about certain things, after all! She beams. ] Fashion! [ And dancing, partying, getting drunk, making out, etc. etc. But for now she'll go with fashion. ]
''Heh, I should have guessed; you're a girl model after all, robot or not.'' The teen smiled a bit since he was somewhat amused by the other's enthusiasm and relieved about the change of topic. He didn't care much about the latest trends and such himself, but Gokudera probably still paid more attention to clothes and such than many other boys his age. Bracelets and rings were especially interesting. ''I bet you love shopping too then.''
Of course. [ She gives him a knowing wink. The people at Crypton designed her to be sexy and damn it if she isn't going to do her best at it. ] But I guess in here a girl's gotta improvise. Set the trend, as it were. [ There wasn't much you could do with fashion in a place like this, though... ]
