FUNNY!
I know it's been a while, but I have been busier than the proverbial one-legged man in an ass-kickin' contest. I've been flying to either Boston or Hyannis on my days off, just to get the hell outta Dodge. Man, I really hate the isolation of island life. I miss McDonalds! And being able to hop in the car and be at a mall or WalMart in 10 minutes or less. But I digress from the original point of the post...the "funny" mentioned in the subject line.
Here I sit at Boston Logan airport, waiting for my mom to fly in...(we're going to the casinos...Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun (sorry, Adaria!)) and I'm in the food court drinking a diet coke (that I got a discount on because I just happened to be wearing my gov't id badge - looks like it does have its perks after all). This gentleman sitting across the room from me was on a detailed cell phone chat with what I'm assuming is his lover...anyway...more digression...um...ooh, fire trucks!...so he's on his cell phone and he appears to be spelling out a name. You know..."b" as in Bob..."c" as in Charlie...except he needed the letter P... first he says "p" as in "pecker" and then he says "p" as in "pneumonia" It just don't get no better than that
