High heels SUCK!
So on Friday, my boss and another supervisor pulled me and a team lead aside and said, "Big wig will be here on Monday, be sure you're dressed to impress since he'll be spending most of his day with you two."
Today, I bust out my high (well, non-sneaker 2 inch) heels, black dress pants, sexy red and black top and go to work. As of 3 pm- remember that I leave at 4!- I still had not met the big wig. I did finally meet the dude at about 3:45, by which point I was literally limping on my 2 inch, $10 wal-mart heels. I know I never wear heels, but I was not expecting this. I can hardly flex my toes, they hurt so bad. At least it gave me an excuse to come home, soak my feet and rub them in peppermint tea tree oil. Now they smell awesome and feel a lot better.
