Today is a great day!!! Besides the bitch of a customer, everything has gone smoothly. Today is the fist day in such a long time that I have actually felt good (not sick). So, that is a positive thing.
Anyways, I'm having a great day and along comes this bitch of a customer who I really try to avoid, but if by chance I do happen to get her, I am always really nice and go out of my way to help her, cause she gets upset really easily. Anyways, I don't get her, but the girl right next to me, Lorraine, gets her. I'm helping another customer and this 'B' lady i guess mumbles something about me under her breath. Something like she needs to be fired, or get out of here. Something along those lines. And Lorraine goes, 'excuse me, what did you say?' And 'B' lady says oh, nothing and leaves. It just really pisses me off that people are so rude when you are nothing but nice and helpful to them. It just puts a whole damper on my day.
Anyways, I'm trying not to let it get me down. I'm trying to look forward to other things, such as seeing Gary, or going to talk with Brenda (which I haven't done in so long, even though we work together).
Got a nice surprise today though. I'm working at my window. And out of the corner of my eye I see someone walk up, and I'm about to say, i can help you here. Then I see that it is my mom. She stopped by unexpectedly and it just made my day.
Plus, I got my grades for this semester and got straight 'B's. No 'A's, but then again not one 'C'. So i'm pretty happy. I admitt I'm not a straight A student, but 5 accounting classes in one semester is tough and I think that I did pretty good. So I had to print out my report card and make copies and give it to all my *mom's* (friends at work who look out for me). They were all very proud of me.
I am so looking forward to summer time. One, I'll be done with school. Two, I am actually looking forward to finding a better job. Three, I'm hoping that I'll have a little time to take a short vacation. and that is pretty much why I'm looking forward to summer. Oh, yeah, I'll have no roommate, FREEDOM, yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmmm, . . . . . gonna go now.
bye
